学生時代、能力の差に多くの人々が悩みますが、仕事の現場では違います。
一人ひとりの個性や趣味が生かされる居場所はたくさんあり、たくさんの個性が手を組み協同することで大きな力になってゆきます。
さらに、強い個性と信念は、未知の場やものごとを生み出します。

FOLKHOODでは、日々の暮らしの理想を再考し、ひとりひとりの個性となる「専門性」や「得意」を繋ぎ、次世代まで引き継げる働く場の創造から持続、共有を目指していきます。
そして、働くことを喜びにできないかも考えてゆきます。
労働力や時間を切り売りするような働き方ではなく、日々の生活から苦痛をより少なくしてゆく生き方に対しても話し合い、研究をしていきます。

FOLKHOODは、様々なジャンルの専門家の情報交換となる研究会を通じ、時代に合わせて再編集の必要と思われるモノやコトを課題とし、企業やメーカー、作り手などと手を組み、事業創造をしてゆきます。

Beyond borders and generations, what we can do to create a “place” and “opportunity”
Some people exceed others in one way or another.When we were students, many of us would often suffer from the limits of our own ability, but in the workplace, this becomes a totally different matter.

In a workplace, there are many opportunities where ones’ character and interests can be utilized and accepted.
This can create a big force by uniting and cooperating.Moreover, a strong character and belief can create something new that nobody has seen before.

At FOLKHOOD, we reexamine our ideal of daily life. By connecting peoples’ specialty and strong points we will aspire to share and sustain a working environment for generations to come.
We will also examine why we cannot be happy in our working environment.

We will look into how to create a workplace that does not sell labor by the hours and minutes, but combining with our discussions about making our lives free from stress and worry, we will find our way to a better future.

Through a number of study groups and discussions with various people that have specialty in a wide variety of categories, at FOLKHOOD, we will create a new business model that matches with the times and that solves the many issues in our present day, in coordination with companies and manufactures.
